Today's positives -again doing well with food. Even happily watched J munch away on LOTF onion rings and it didn't even bother me! Was excited to see the numbers going down on the scales.
Today's negatives - no chance again for exercise.
J brought in my cross trainer tonight.I plan on starting slowly with extra exercise. I want to do a daily walk, then add a x trainer session (while watching an episode of one of the many TV on DVD shows I've got hanging around), then get up to 2 - one in the morning and one in the evening. Also planning on going to the gym when J comes home on the weekends - when I get my mojo back! Slow and steady wins the race.
