Day Sixteen of 84

Today's weight - 77.8   [171.2 lbs]    (18.7 kgs to go) [41.1 lbs]
weight loss to date - 1.3 kg [2.9 lbs]


Today's positives - 20 minutes cross trainer.

Today's negatives - food. I ate quite a few lollies today. I suppose I shouldn't be too hard on myself since I have been good (with NO lollies) for over 2 weeks. What is going on with the scales?? I feel ok mostly, but I get disgusted when I catch my reflection in a shop window or mirror. Overdramatic I know, but I blame my upbringing - but we won't go there!

Hi Tahn,
keep up the good work, don't be a slave to the scale and you'll see the weight will come off eventually.

Ps- the weight loss will be easier if you just enjoy the journey..... :-)

I agree, the scales really do go up and down over the weeks - try not to focus too much on that. I have had weeks where I lost over a kg and other weeks when I lost 200g and I didn't do anything different.
Don't worry about the lollies either - it's no biggie and you need a treat every now and then or you go crazy!
