I'm very excited that I have finished my first week AND lost over 1kg! Yay me! On my way to my first mini goal of at least 4kgs this first month.
Any ideas for cheap, but meaningful rewards? Maybe I'll go google it...

Well done Tahn!!! - that's great news for your first week!! I reckon a bubble bath and a good book are pretty good rewards? - or going to see a movie - or if you can manage it - a little time to go opp shopping by yourself?
