1.5 kg in one week is not slow!! I wish I could lose that in a week! I am lucky if I lose 300g. Better than gaining though I guess lol. You are doing an awesome job.
Just remember though, that this is the start for me and it will not be long before I am feeling like I am pushing shit uphill! (another words, feel like I am fighting a losing battle, but I will have to stick it out)
